Here are some of the most frequently asked questions however should you still require answers to a question, please send us an email or call us direct and we will be happy to help.

You can book our holidays directly on our website and add any items to your basket.  The website will allow you to create an account and pay on the website.  Alternatively, you can email us on and ask for offers or more information to make a booking.  If you prefer, you can call us on the phone numbers advertised on our website.

You can pay on the website with a credit or debit card. You will receive an automated email with your booking conformation immediately.  Other ways you can pay; (a) by our Paygold secure link payment system or (b) bank transfer.  A deposit is required at the time of a booking and the balance will be due 4 weeks before departure.  You can also do part payments at times that suit you – just let us know and we can set up the payment for you.

We can arrange that either each family or even each person can all pay separately if required. We can also arrange different payment plans to suit each person or family.

Our prices are in euros.  When you make a payment your bank will use the exchange rate set by them on the day of purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation when you book your holiday and/or services.  Nearer the time of travel (normally 1-2 weeks before) you will receive your travel vouchers, ski pack vouchers and any instructions that you require.   When you arrive in resort a welcome pack will be given to you either by our in resort representative or left at your hotel/apartment reception.

We can assist you with flight searches, however, we ask that you book flights directly and we will package around the flights that you book.  It also works out cheaper for you this way.  Please get in touch with us if you would like us to search flight options.

Yes, our holidays are flexible durations and do not have to be 7 nights.

It is best to let us know as soon as possible of any changes to your booking or cancellation.  We will always try and do the best we can to minimise any costs to you and we are flexible with regards to cancelling/amending services such as transfers and ski packs up to 2 weeks before travel for free.  Hotel changes may incur a charge which is set individually by each hotel/apartment owner.  Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

You are fully covered and all bookings are 100% refundable as per our Covif Policy. All refunds will be issued with 72 hours

There will be contact numbers to phone if your flight has been delayed and you have missed your scheduled shuttle.  Our coach supplier will try to put you on the next shuttle spaces permitting.  If your flight lands early and there is a shuttle before your scheduled time if there is space you can use your voucher for this service.

  • Shuttle Transfers
    You can select a drop off point via our website. The coach driver will drop you off as near to your accommodation as possible, please note that due to some streets being particularly narrow or steep you may be dropped close by and potentially have to walk a short way.
  • Private Transfers
    The driver will drop you off as near to your accommodation as possible, please note that due to some streets being particularly narrow or steep and dependent on vehicle size you may be dropped close by and potentially have to walk a short way.
  • Pas de la Casa
    In Pas de la Casa, due to traffic regulations all transfers are dropped off and collected at the main bus stop in resort. (Private Transfers – Generally near to door as possible however also subject to size of vehicle & weather conditions)

If the snow is particularly heavy this could affect the exact location you are dropped off or collected.
