Where to find your bus
- After baggage collection follow the signs to CAR PARKING P” 0″ or the short stay car park and PORTE B
- Exit PORTE B and you will see the CAR PARK PAYMENT MACHINES at the entrance to the parking
- There is a road between the machines and the parking
- To the right of the payment machines there are the bus parking bays
- The bus will pull into one of these bays at the time stated on your transfer voucher.
The below photo shows PORTE (DOOR) B and the zone where the bus will stop.
What if my flight times change? – Shuttle Transfer
If for any reason your flight times change, let us know as soon as you can (at the lastest 72 hours before your scheduled transfer time) and we can change your transfer.
What if my flight is delayed? – Shuttle Transfer
If you are late for your scheduled shuttle transfer then the bus will not wait for you.
Please contact us as soon as you are aware of the flight delay and we will change your transfer arrangements to the next available bus with spaces.
If I am early and another transfer bus is ready to leave, can I take the earlier bus? – Shuttle Transfer
If you arrive early and an earlier ANDBUS shuttle transfer is ready to leave it is possible for you to take the earlier bus so long as there are spaces for you and your group.
You simply need to speak to the driver and show them your original booking voucher.
- For our private transfers you will have a Meet & Greet service.
- The driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall holding a board with your name.
- If your flight times change or you are delayed please let us know as soon as possible and we will amend your transfer (subject to any waiting charges)
- If your flight is delayed (less than 1 hour) your driver will wait for you however please keep us informed where possible.
- If your arrive over 1 hour late for your transfer then you may incur waiting charges.
